Dress retails for $190 tag is attached only tried on. i have a berta wedding dress a madeline gardner and a jovani my hubby preferred this to all my other dresses.. she’s is sparkly and look much more beautiful in person. the tulle itself is white with clear sequins and silver beading. it comes with a high waist skin tone bikini style bottom. wearing an addition liner is completely optional
