Super cute north pole series house. It is missing the one flag. The other roof spike is missing part of the bottom but doesn’t affect function and paint is a little cracked. Some pinkish discoloration to the front in a small section- looks like maybe glue residue. Also one light is broken off and has some cracking to the paint. One sign is broken in a couple spots but pieces are there and could be glued/repaired. Still very displayable and usable with a little repair. See all photos before purchasing!
